The International
Taijutsu/Jujutsu
Renmei (ITJR) was founded in the beginning of 2006.
Founding organizations were
Kihaku Dojo (Germany) and Gake Dojo (Sweden).
The purpose of the
federation is to establish a cooperational framework for dojo that
are honestly devoted to fostering the martial traditions of TaiJutsu
and JuJutsu as well as the values of Budo without being driven by
political or economic ambitions.
Hence, ITJR focuses on
promoting the idea of diligent, lifelong training towards true
technical as well as mental progress thus striving to contribute to
a healthy and peaceful society.
